Steven Frisch is a high-impact operations leader and retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with 28 years of combat and mission-critical leadership experience. He brings a rare blend of military precision and executive business acumen, having led teams of up to 230 personnel, managed over 120 FTEs, and operated successful healthcare enterprises across hospice, home health, and therapy services. Director of Business Development & Contracts
Errin Owens brings over a decade of experience in operations leadership, client relations, marketing, and contract management to Fidelis Academy and Protection Services. Prior to Fidelis, she held senior leadership roles in workforce management and K–12 education services, including Vice President of Operations for a multi-state organization supporting more than 240 schools and 24 districts, overseeing $20–25 million budgets and large-scale implementations. Errin specializes in RFPs, RFQs, complex service contracts, and client onboarding, ensuring clarity, accountability, and seamless execution. Her background in risk-related industries strengthens Fidelis APS’s approach to compliance and mitigation, while her client-first mindset ensures every partnership reflects the firm’s white-glove, hospitality-forward standard.

Director of People Operations
Andrea Miller Davis brings a strong foundation in human resources, office management, and nearly 15 years of safety and security experience to Fidelis Academy and Protection Services. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Tennessee. Deeply committed to service, she is passionate about community involvement and workforce advocacy—values shaped by her personal experience as a mother and lifelong supporter of nonprofit organizations.

Jeff Pennington

Director of Protective Operations
Jeff Pennington is a highly experienced security professional and U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of leadership in high-risk environments, executive protection, and disaster response. His career includes service as a Precision Rocket System Operator, deployments with the U.S. Department of State in Afghanistan where he led over 250 diplomatic protection missions, and a key role in establishing the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center in Iraq, later serving as Deputy Detail Lead. Domestically, Jeff has led high-profile protective operations for major touring artists and provided executive protection for nationally recognized talent, while continuing to support emergency response efforts across the U.S. With extensive training in tactical operations, threat assessment, and mission planning, Jeff brings a calm, disciplined, and strategic presence to Fidelis APS’s most complex protective assignments.
